Request for Extension of Project Completion Period by One Year The AHP–PPP model project under PMAY at Bodwad, District Jalgaon was duly approved, and all requisite permissions were obtained in 2024. The project comprises a total of 214 units, including 141 EWS units, 41 LIG units, and 32 shops. Out of these, Part Occupation Certificates have already been granted for 88 EWS units and 27 shops. The remaining 74 units (53 EWS, 16 LIG, and 5 shops) are fully constructed, and only the Occupation Certificate is pending. Overall, approximately 88% of the project work has been completed, and the balance 12% work requires additional time. Therefore, we humbly request an extension of the project completion period for the remaining 25 units, and approval to extend the project timeline up to 31 December 2026
