  To, The Hon’ble Authority, Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA), Mumbai, Maharashtra Subject: Application for Extension of Project Registration for “SATYA KIRAN TOWER” (MahaRERA Reg. No. P50500050521). Respected Sir/Madam, I, Shri Anil S/o Satyapal Singh Panwar, Promoter of the real estate project “SATYA KIRAN TOWER” (MahaRERA Registration No. P50500050521), hereby submit this application seeking an extension of the project registration, which is presently valid up to 31st December 2024. The project has been delayed due to several unavoidable factors such as reduced inflow of funds, disruptions in cash flow, irregular labour availability, delays in obtaining necessary NOCs and approvals, supply chain issues affecting timely delivery of materials, escalation in construction costs, shortage of skilled subcontractors, and adverse weather conditions during critical phases of work. The need to maintain quality standards and comply with updated technical specifications has also contributed to the overall delay. In view of these circumstances, I request the Hon’ble Authority to kindly grant an extension of Twelve (12) months to the project registration under Section 7(3) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Upon completion of the pending works within the extended period, the Promoter shall promptly apply for the Completion Certificate. I affirm that the Promoter continues to comply with all statutory provisions and that the information furnished in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Kindly consider this application favourably.
