We are writing to request an extension of the registration for our project, MATRIX ROYAL RESIDENCY, which consists of a total of 2 Wings – A & B Wing. The current registration is valid until 31-03-2026, and we request an extension until 31-12-2028. We would like to bring to your notice the current ground reality and the reasons for this request: • Current Progress: Out of the total 2 Wings sanctioned, we have successfully commenced the construction of 2 wings but due to unforeseen circumstances, we couldn’t complete the construction of the project within the time line originally mentioned. • Sales & Cash Flow Challenges: Low sales volume resulted in a lack of internal accruals, making it financially unviable to open multiple construction fronts simultaneously. We took the strategic decision to focus our limited resources and do the constructions work accordingly. The Path Forward: With the market showing signs of stabilization, we are now restructuring our finances to speed up the construction activities. This extension is vital to allow us the legal timeframe to: 1. Mobilize resources and contractors to speed up the finishing work of the building. 2. Complete the structural and finishing works for the entire 2-wings. 3. Ensure all common amenities integrated across the 2 wings are delivered as per the sanctioned plans. We remain committed to our allottees and the regulations set forth by this Authority. All necessary fees and updated progress certificates are enclosed.
