The extension sought is solely for the purpose of completing the balance construction, obtaining the Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate, and fulfilling all obligations under the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.The Promoter undertakes to complete the project within the extended period sought and shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder.
