We hereby apply for extension under Section 7(3) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The primary reason for the delay in completion of the project has arisen on account of the time required for completion of the balance construction work and for undertaking the statutory compliances necessary for obtaining the Occupation Certificate. The project is presently at an advanced stage of construction, with certain balance works still in progress. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, including procurement issues, financial constraints, and site-related challenges, the completion of the pending works and the process of obtaining the Occupation Certificate have been delayed, which was beyond our control. In view of the above, we respectfully request the Hon’ble Authority to kindly grant an extension of the project registration up to 31/12/2027, in order to enable completion of the balance work and compliance with the statutory requirements within the extended timeline sought.
