We hereby request an extension of the project timeline under RERA due to unforeseen delays caused by a shortage of both skilled labour and essential construction materials. Over the past few months, our project has faced significant disruptions in workforce availability, which has slowed down on-site progress of Wing A. Additionally, the supply chain for critical raw materials such as cement and steel has been inconsistent, leading to delays in procurement and execution of key construction activities. We would like to mention that we have received Part Occupancy Certificate dated 28/11/2024 for Wing B, Wing C & Wing D, and are also expecting to receive Full Occupancy Certificate before the expiry of applied extended completion date. As per the above-mentioned course of action the work will be completed well within the time requested for extension and we will receive the Completion/Occupancy certificate on or before 31/12/2026 i.e before the date of extension requested. In view of the above, we request an extension of the project completion date by 12 Months, to enable us to complete the pending construction work.
