Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the promoter, the project could not be completed within the originally proposed completion date of 31st December 2025. These circumstances include delays in obtaining various statutory and regulatory approvals from concerned authorities, which impacted the planned construction schedule. In addition, the project faced intermittent shortages of skilled and unskilled labour owing to market constraints and external factors, resulting in reduced productivity at several stages of construction. The project also experienced disruptions in construction activities due to supply chain issues, delayed procurement of construction materials, and other operational challenges, which cumulatively affected the overall progress of work. Construction of the project is presently ongoing; however, additional time is required to complete the balance works, including finishing, services installation, and statutory compliances. Therefore, in order to ensure proper completion of the project in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and applicable regulations, an extension of the project completion date up to 31st December 2026 is required.
