We Received the Part OC on 15/10/2025, based on which we have handed over possession. At present, the Allottee is not available for signing. We have received the Full Completion Certificate from Planning Authority on 10/03/2026. delayed by the authority due to technical reasons. But We observed that the number of sanctioned floors and parking details mentioned in our application are incorrect as per the sanctioned plan. We would like to correct these details in the application. we have added Undertaking on 500 stamp for correction.
