1) We were unable to commence construction on anticipated date, due to significant time taken in excavation of 4 basements and strata being black hard rock. We had tirne restrictions for working as neighbourhood being residential societies and continuous breaking of hard rock noise was causing problems to residents in nearby societies. 2) Also, time taken for excavation was more than anticipated, as there were restriction's for blasting of hard rock" Hence, were not able to commence construction as per our plan and original completion date of 31. 12 .2027 which is now planned for 31 12 2028
