Explanatory note regarding the state of development works in the projects and reason for being not completing development works of the projects within the period declared in the declaration submitted in FORM ‘B’ at the time of making the application for the registration of PRAGATI TOWER’ – As per the details mentioned at the time of registration of the project at the MahaRERA Website we had mentioned 31/12/2024 as the project completion date, we will not be able to complete the project due to various unavoidable reasons. Such as 1) After the impact of the pandemic, the increasing prices of the construction materials such as cement, steel, copper, electrical, plumping and paints resulted in the shortage of the progress of new multi-storied apartment projects. We suffering from delays in terms of the number of days it takes for the arrival of the Construction Material on the project site after placing the order for the same. 2) Also, our Construction activities slowed down has slowed down due to an acute shortage of workers such as masons, earth workers, carpenters, plumbers and others. Except for a few, most of the migrant workers from our sites have gone to their natives. The works, which were undertaken by them, have been stalled. Whereas, when we look for local construction workers. they are not available in plenty. We would be highly obliged if you accept our application till 31/12/2025. as we are confident of receiving the Occupancy Certificate for the project before the revised completion date i.e. 31/12/2025.
