  We, Somshetti Builders LLP, are promoter of the project Panjwani Market, registered under MahaRERA vide registration number P52600032090. Sir the foresaid project was initially sanctioned upto ground + wo upper floors (All commercial units) and the said floors along with all the promised amenities are already constructed and part completion certificate for the mentioned floors have been received. Later, we have received a revised commencement certificate for upper third and forth floor. Construction of these floors are now commenced and shall need another five years for the completion of the same. We also declare that we have not received any booking for the units sanctioned on third and forth floor till date. The constructed floors (Ground + First & Second Floor) are ready and occupied by the said allottees. There are no pending issues or litigations from client side. Currently out of total 80 units in the project, we have sold 48 units. Out of which 27 (Unique Allottees u/s 14(2)(ii) have already given their consent for extension of the project. We, Somshetti Builders LLP, as promoter are obliged to complete the foresaid project and ensure that the rights and interests of our allottees remain intact. Once extension of the MahaRERA certificate is issued we shall complete the upper sanctioned floors till 31/12/2030. We, Somshetti Builders LLP, assure that all the information given above is true and best of our knowledge. We hereby request you to grant us MahaRERA extension at the earliest so as to allow us to complete the project soon. Thanks
