We, Vidhyadhar Mallikarjun Akkalwadi, are promoter of the project Aviraj Heights, registered under MahaRERA vide registration number P52600052766. Sir the foresaid project was projected to be completed by 31/12/2025 but due to lesser response in bookings and technical problems raised in the project the project is now bound to be delayed. The project till date is about 90% completed which is also certified by the project architect in form 1 uploaded in MahaRERA portal. Currently out of total 20 units in the project, we have sold 06 units. Out of which 06 have already given their consent for extension of the project. We, Vidhyadhar Mallikarjun Akkalwadi, as promoter are obliged to complete the foresaid project and ensure that the rights and interests of our allottees remain intact. Once extension of the MahaRERA certificate is issued we shall complete the project till 31/12/2027.
