Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, we have received Rera Registration Certificate of our project “ Siddhatanu Hill Side” consist of Wing A& B situated at Plot Bearing / CTS / Survey / Final Plot No.: 3 0/1A3, 30/A/1/A/4 at Dapoli Camp , Dapoli, Ratnagiri,- 415712. which is valid till 31/03/2024. As per Architect certificate, 95% (Approximately) construction work has been completed up to 31st March 2024 and expected to complete balance work by 30th September 2024. Our major construction work was completed, but due to the election code of conduct and election duty of government staff, we could not submit an application for a completion certificate, which will be submitted shortly, and hence we applied for an extension of time. We therefore request to you to please grant us a further extension of RERA Registration Certificate until 30/09/2024 of the said Project. Kindly do the needful. Thanking you,
