Respected Sir, I, Shashikant Shamrao Jadhav, is executing the above referred real estate project. The date of completion as mentioned in the Application for RERA registration certificate was March 31, 2023. The Project construction is fully completed and Project Architect has given Completion Certificate for Purpose of getting occupancy certificate from Local Authority- Kudal Nagarpanchayat. We have already submitted a complete application to Kudal Nagarpanchayat for Purpose of granting occupancy certificate for the project. Since project is already completed with committed amenities along external development works , we will very soon get the occupancy certificate from local authority. The Copy of Architect’s completion certificate is attached with this application and application for granting occupancy certificate is submitted on BPMS Portal of Mahavastu.maharashtra.gov.in vide application no NPKUL/2023/158491/27533 for full occupancy. Hence, we request you to kindly allow extension of Completion date of project to September 30, 2023 and issue revised RERA registration certificate.
