My construction of real estate project is 95% complete. The remaining work of the project I required more 2 to 3 months. After that I can applied for completion certificate to Kolhapur Municipal Corporation. hence I applied for 1 year extension to MahaRERA Authority. I would greatly appreciate and request MAHARERA authority to grant me further extension of One year for completing the project and thereby submitting the Completion Certificate along with Form 4 as soon as the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation issues us the Completion certificate and Occupancy certificate for our project.
