We Swastik Vastu Private Limited has registered Project named as Euphoria Pride Building A West Side having MahaRERA project registration number – P53100047641. Our project faced three complaints, registered against us. One in civil court Sangli and other two in Maharera Authority. Civil suit (suit No. – 446/2022) against the promoter before Hon’ble Sangli Civil Court. Plaint of the said civil suit is rejected on merits. Hon’ble Court has passed their order (Dt. – 03/05/2023) regarding the same. Complaint against the promoter before MahaRERA Authority, Complaint No. – CC005000000198005. Said complaint is dismissed on merits. Hon’ble Authority has passed their order (Dt. 04/05/2023) regarding the same. A complaint (complaint No.- CC005000000177863), before MahaRERA Authority . Said complaint is dismissed on merits on Dt. 11/11/2024. Due to above scenario, getting project loan delayed. Also potential customers are hesitant to do agreement for sale for long time. Project construction is in full swing right now, as AFS with many costomers is done now till 31/03/2025. In such scenario, we are hopeful to complete the project in next one year. Amid slow down in market, please consider our request and grant us project registration extension for approximately 9 Months.
