We, Ashtang Developers, are promoter of the project Saicharan Heights, registered under MahaRERA vide registration number P53100053178. Sir the foresaid project was projected to be completed by 30/06/2026 but due to lesser response in bookings and technical problems raised in the project the project is now bound to be delayed. The project till date is about 80% completed which is also certified by the project architect in form 1 uploaded in MahaRERA portal. Currently out of total 30 units in the project, we have sold 09 units. Out of which 04 have already given their consent for extension of the project. We, Ashtang Developers, as promoter are obliged to complete the foresaid project and ensure that the rights and interests of our allottees remain intact. Once extension of the MahaRERA certificate is issued we shall complete the project till 30/06/2027. We, Ashtang Developers, assure that all the information given above is true and best of our knowledge. We hereby request you to grant us MahaRERA extension at the earliest so as to allow us to complete the project soon.
