We are applying for Extension of our Project Completion Date with MahaRERA Authority under Section – 7(3) of the Act. We would like to inform the Authority that the development on site is under process and is expected to be completed in next 9 to 10 months and then will require another 2 months to fulfil Sanction Authorities formalities and receive the completion certificate for the project. After conveying the same to the allottees, it was mutually decided to apply for an extension with the Authority. Hence, we request you to extend proposed date of completion for the Project from 31/03/2026 to revised completion date of 31/03/2027
