How the map works
The whole product is one map with two kinds of pins. Supply pins are available homes — tap one to see the price, photos and details. Requirement pins are what someone is looking for and their budget, so the supply side can find tenants and buyers instead of the other way round. Does PropPin charge a commission?
No. PropPin charges nothing on either side and takes no cut of any deal. Owners and agents both post for free, and you deal directly with whoever is on the other side of the pin — whatever they charge is between the two of you.
I'm looking for a place, not listing one. Can I still use it?
